  4. Heat oil in a kadai. Keep the stove in low to medium flame. Drop the balls one by one. Don't dump too much balls and the flame should not be too high or too low. Stir the oil without disturbing the gulab jamun balls.
  5. Cook the balls until it gets brown colour. Once done, drop in warm sugar syrup. Have it after 10 minutes
