- In a pan, stir in Soy milk, unsweetened Cocoa powder, Sugar, Cornflour & a pinch of salt. (I used homemade Soy Milk which can be replaced with any milk).
- Now cook it on a medium flame. It'll start thickening, so stir continuously.
- Once it becomes dark & shiny, add olive oil and vanilla essence. Mix well. (any oil with neutral flavour can be used here)
- Then add powdered Oats. Cook well while stir continuously. It'll become very thick. Add choco chips (optional) and chopped walnuts.
- Now pour it into the mould or simply in small bowls. Top it with some walnuts & choco chips and refrigerate it for 10-15 mins. Once set, Enjoy!
