- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes (OR 20-30 minutes for a loaf) or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool.

Line the bottom and sides of the loaf pans with parchment paper, or butter the pans liberally. Divide the dough in half, and press. This is just a basic brioche stitch sweater, really easy to knit.
