  8. Seive it nicely and turn the powder to another bowl.
  9. Add khoya/milk powder to it.
  10. Mix it all well.
  11. Add ghee/oil, lemon juice and curd to it.
  12. Again mix it well and knead it for 3-4minutes and form a nice dough by adding milk as per the requirement (in preparation of soft dough)
  13. Let it rest for sometime.
  14. Now make small balls of it.
  15. Take a kadai and add oil in it for frying.
  16. Once the oil gets hotter put the balls in it and deep fry it until the color changes to brown.
  17. Now take it out from the kadai and soak it in the sugar syrup until it absorbs the syrup in it and becomes softer.
  18. Serve it in a bowl
