  4. After 20 mins apne boht smooth hands se chote bina cracks wale balls bnane hain…then apne aik mon stick fry pan main ghee ko medium heat par halka garam krna Hai then balls dalen aur 2 mins chor dein after 2 mins spoon ko chalai
  5. Aur ise ghumate howe fry karein ke ye 4ro taraf se golden brown hojai then ise nikal kar foran garam sheera main dalna hai sheera garam hu thanda na hu bilkul bhi phir ise cover krden
  6. 1 and half hours ke kye cover karein but 45 mins bd ise patila uotha kar ghumai cover nahi hatana bilkul bhi lejiye it's ready to serve
