  2. Now heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds bay leaf small and big cardamom and besan melon seeds chopped green chilli ginger saute for a min.
  3. Now chopped tomato and make puree. Add in a pan add salt cover and cook for 2-3min. On a slow flame.
  4. Now remove bay leaf and churn mixture. And strain in a strainer for smooth texture. And take in a pan. Add red chilli powder garam masala turmeric powder salt mix well add 1/4cup water and cook for 4-5min.
  5. Now add cream mix well and take out gulabjamun from water and add in a greavy. Mix lightly with soft hand. Turn off flame.Delicious tasty gulabjamun subji is ready to serve. GARNISH WITH CREAM And CORIANDER.
