  4. Keep stiring and add sugar then again mix well. When the mixture thickens & has a slight pouring consistency take it off from heat source.
  5. And your Besan kheer is ready to serve, garnish it with some dry fruits on top. I have also added food colour on apple slices & made the flag & placed it on the Kheer.
