  7. For gravy, take frying pan add white oil once the oil is hot tempered with cinnamon, green cardamom & cloves.
  8. Next add chopped onion fry it for 2/3 mins, then add r tomato, ginger & garlic paste & mix it well.
  9. Then add chilli, coriander, cumin, & turmeric powder in it.
  10. Once the masala, onion& tomato mixed well, take it out.
  11. Blend the mixture properly.
  12. Then put it back in kadai add water a per requirements.
  13. Add salt & sugar as per taste.
  14. Once the gravy is little thick add those koftas in it & cook it for 4/5 mins.
  15. Finished the cooking after adding garam masala from top.
