Steps to make Gujarati Kadhi !!:
  1. Take curd in a mixing bowl and add besan. Whisk well.
  2. Add salt, ginger green chilli paste, water and sugar. Whisk everything well and keep aside.
  3. Heat up the ghee in a pan on low flame. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and methi seeds. Let it splutter.
  4. Add hing and curry leaves and saute for a minute. Add prepared curd mixture, mix well and cook for 4 to 5 mins on low flame.
  5. Switch off the flame. Garnish with fresh green coriander leaves and serve hot with khichdi, rice, roti or puran poli..

Like Chicken Soup, Kadhi makes a wonderful hot soup when it's cold outside or if you are under the weather.
