- In kadhai add & heat oil,add mint paste,mashed potatoes, cornflour,salt and lemon juice..mix well. Cook till dry potato- mint mixture is formed.
- Remove potato- mint mixture in bowl.cool it. Make 16 equal portions, make oblong rolls, roll them in peanuts coarse powder. Brush each roll with oil.
- Preheat Airfyer for 5 mins at 180 temperature. Place prepare rolls in Airfyer basket. Airfry potato- mint rolls for at 180 temperature for 10-12 mins or till crispy.
- Serve Delicious Minty Nutty Rolls with tomato sauce.
