- Make ready 2 tbsp mayonnaise

- Take 4 potatoes
- Get 1/2 cup mixed mint & coriander leaves
- Prepare 2-3 green chillies
- Take to taste Salt & pepper
- Make ready 1 egg
- Take as needed Bread crumbs
- Prepare 2-3 drops Green colour

- Aloo Kebabs. Boil & mashed potatoes. Grind mint, coriander & chillies without water & if required add very little. Add this paste to potatoes. Add salt & pepper & little coriander leaves.
- Give desired shape & refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Beat egg well. To bread crumbs add few drops of green colour. Dip the patty in egg & roll in breadcrumbs & fry.
