- Lastly add mashed boiled Potatoes mix well and cook for 5 min.your Masala filling is Ready
- Dough: Take a Container add All-purpose flour or Maida half kg ghee or oil for soften the flour 1 Cup,add 1 Spoon Carom Seeds,1 Spoon Kalaunji,Salt to taste add water as per required knead it and make a Soft Dough and keep aside.
- Now take a small pieces of Dough,Roll it in a puri shape cut into half then take a half piece fill the masala and paste with the help of water and make samosa of all dough.
- On medium to low flame fry all the Samosas to the golden colour and make it Crispy.
