  6. Add tomatoes, sauté this till they are soft and pulpy.Add coriander, cumin, pav bhaji powder, fenugreek leaves and mix well.
  7. Add tomato puree and mix again. Now add mushroom and cook again for 5-7 mins.
  8. Add salt and sugar, saute again. - Lastly add cream and coriander, mix well. Transfer mixture to bowl.
  9. For assembly - Take prepared roti and fill it with mushroom stuffing.Roll it tightly and wrap it with aluminum foil.Serve.
