- Add as much sour cream as you want, i stop once the veggie stew gets its creamy tomato color. ———– Add water (enough to drown the stuffed peppers and remaing meat balls) ——– BOIL
- Arrange your stuffed meaty deliciousness to the bottom of the pot ——- dump meat balls on top ——– Cover lid—— Reach BOILing point ——- Medium to Simmer Heat 40-50min.
