  2. Add in the onion,cook till golden colour
  3. Add in the tomatoes and cook
  4. Add in your meat cook it till its done
  5. Add in your carrots and green bell pepper cook them till halfway cooked,add in the spices you want,i did black pepper,add salt to taste
  6. Add in the beef broth,cover to cook
  7. Add in the minji to pick the taste as they simmer
  8. Serve with an accompaniment of your preference😁
