Now take a grinder add 1tsp ginger garlic paste,1 tsp green chilli paste,salt,1 tsp black pepper powder,coriander and mint leaves,chicken cubes,half tsp garam masala powder,1 tsp jeera powder,grate cheese,1 tsp chat masala,5-6 cashew,1-2 tbsp Amul fresh cream grind all this together properly so that all the ingredients are mixed properly.
  3. If you feel the consistency not proper you can add bread crumbs.
  4. Now make seekh seekh using your oiled fingers.
  5. Refrigerate it for half an hour. And then shallow fry it till it turns brown.
  6. Can be served with green chutney,til ki chutney and paratha
