  5. Sab masalal piyaz main achi tarha hathon sy mix kar lain.
  6. Abb chop kiya howa qeema masaly waly piyaz main achi tarha hathon sy 2,3, mint take mix karty jayin.
  7. Qeema jab achay sy mix ho jaye to 1 hr marinate kar lain.
  8. Kabab fry karny hain iss liye inhain lakri ki sticks main laga lain.
  9. 5,6 mint sticks main rakhnay ke bad sticks sy nikal lain.
  10. Ab thora oil garam karain phir halki aanch par kabab fry kar lain
  11. SERVE…mazaydar seekh kabab ready hain lacha paratha ho and raita ho to maza dobala ho jaye.😋😊👍
