- Place on wire rack for 15-20 minutes, then carefully turn out bread and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Fold in cranberries and pecans, and knead dough until cranberries and pecans are distributed throughout. Gradually increase speed to high and beat until stiff peaks form.
