- In a sufuria, fry onions till translucent.
- Add in carrots and stir 1 min
- Add water double amount of your rice, mine was 4cuos so I added 8 cups of water.
- Bring to boil, add salt to taste.
- Wash your rice and add to the boiling water.
- Cook on medium heat till water is drained. By now the rice should have cooked and not mashed.
- Serve with your stew of choice.
