- On a low heat add little oil on ur pan
- Add sliced onion and fry until translucent
- Add ur grated scotch bonnets, ginger garlic paste, seasoning and stir fry for like 5mnts
- Add in ur fried tofu and stir until well combined
- Turn off heat and garnish with ur chopped parsley and sweet pepper
- Serve with a drink of choice.

Add cornstarch and salt and Reduce heat to medium and add reserved cracked pepper to skillet. The vegetarian version works well, and it's also easier to make.
