- Prepare 200 ml water
- Get 2 pieces garlic

- Add your Pishorri rice,cover well as you turn it well with time for it not to stick at the bottom of your sufuria.
- Add the water into the mixture then leave it to simmer for 10 minutes…
- Do this for 15minutes it will be ready..Allow it to cool somewhere then you can serve it in accompaniment with a drink…
