- Wash and soak rice for 15min. Boil enough water and add salt to taste, then add soaked rice. Simmer for 7-8min or till rice cooked 70-80%, then stain and remove excess water.

- Now add cooked rice and pepper powder. Mix well and cover and cook for more 1min. The rice is ready to serve.
- Here I didn't used vinegar, if you want to add the add just 2-3drops while adding rice.(Don't cook with both sauce. Add vinegar, mix and add rice and quickly mix again.)
