  4. Reduce heat; Add Macaroni to meat mixture and blend together; then add tomatoes to mixture and stir; simmer for about 7 to 10 minutes.
  5. Remove, let stand for 5 minutes and serve.

This is a very simple Goulash recipe. My husband and stepdaughter like things super simple. Not very fun for me, but this is a good recipe and they will eat it.
