- Stir fry and toss the ingredients around in the wok until the kale wilts down by half its size. The colour should still be a vibrant green and there should be a nice bite to the brocolli. Try a piece to test it, if necessary.
- Turn out into a shallow bowl or plate and finish by dressing it with some ranch. Eat whilst still warm and enjoy! :)
