- Prepare 2.5 litres fresh milk

Steps to make Home made yoghurt:
- Bring the milk to a boil in a clean pan, stir occasionally with a wooden spoon.
- Once boiled, reduce heat and stir frequently for about 10 minutes
- Place it at somewhere on a towel to cool. You can choose to transfer to another container or use the same pan. Still works fine. This towel will be used to wrap it, so it should be large enough. Also place it where it will not be moved for the next 4 hours
- Let it cool for about 30 minutes, put your clean, little finger, you should start feeling the heat in about 10 seconds, take the yoghurt, spoon some milk and mix well, add it to the yoghurt and mix lightly with the wooden spoon.
- Mixing
- Cover with a small, towel, lid, then wrap with the big towel.
- Let it stay there for 4 and 1/2 hours. Then transfer in to the fridge for 24hours.
- This is how it should look like after 24 hours 😋😋
