  3. Once all puris are done roast them on pan on a very low heat using sharp spatula turn them over. Please ensure they don’t break as they are very soft so use sharp spatula.
  4. Once done let it cool
  5. In a pan heat the jaggery
  6. Add pistachio
  7. Quickly spoon over the badam puris and its ready to munch
