  4. In remaining portion add little water and Knead hard dough
  5. For stuffing mix cheese onion,capsicum,herbs,chilli flakes,sauce in a bowl and keep aside
  6. Take small ball of dough roll it in a round shape put some filling in it,fold in semicircle shape and fix it by pressing with fork on edges
  7. In this way make gujiya of all three types of dough
  8. Heat oil for frying in a pan deep fry cheesy gujiya to crisp texture
  9. Serve hot with sauce or chutney
