  1. Peel of the pointed gourd and scoop out the seeds
  2. Make a paste of nuts, raisins, poppy seed and pumpkin seeds
  3. Now heat a pan and add oil fry the grated potatoes
  4. Mix ginger paste and the mixture of seeds and nuts
  5. Add salt and sugar
  6. Remove it and allow to cool
  7. Stuff the pointed gourd with this filling
  8. Add oil in the pan and fry the gourds on a low flame to cook them well
  9. In another pan add ghee and Tempe the whole jeera bay leaf, garam masala and dry red chilli
  10. Add ginger paste, tomato puree and cook well adding salt and turmeric powder
  11. Add the remaining seeds and nuts paste and green chillies
  12. Add water and bring it to boil
  13. Now add this to the fried gourds and cover
  14. Finally add sugar and switch off the flame
  15. The stuffed parwal is prepared
