- In a bowl mix flour,carom seeds, spinach Puree,oil and salt and mix well using little water knead a stiff dough cover and allow it to rest for 30 minutes
- In a pan heat oil and cumin seeds, coriander seeds, peanuts and green chilli mix well
- Add peas,garam masala,mango powder, red chilli, boiled potatoes and paneer and mix well cook for 2 minutes add coriander leaves and mix
- Transfer the stuffing to a bowl and allow to cool down completely
- Knead the dough for 1 minute.and divide in a 6 equal portion roll the ball in a flat.and oval shape cut to half using a knife on.one half make small lines using knife little distance apart from each other
- Lightly brush with water over it.place other half over it
- Roll over it 1-2 times so that sticks together
- Brush water over it's straight edge &then bring both ends together &stick by light pressing between fingers
- Fill with stuffing inside the cone shape lightly apply water over it's edges and seal it by pressing between fingers
- Striped samosa is ready
- Heat oil and deep fry the samosa on medium heat till crispy serve with green chutney and sweet chutney
