  15. Shape it like a balls and flatten it to a roti.
  16. Place the chhena in it and lift one side of the edge and bring to the centre.
  17. Then start folding the sides and join at the centre carefully thus sealing the chhena.
  18. Shape it like ball again.
  19. Place the twine on the surface.
  20. Take a ball in it's centre and make a knot in middle.
  21. Shape it like pumpkin with the help of twine.

  25. Brush the hot pumpkin buns with melted butter.
  26. When the are cool, remove the twines very carefully.
