- In a Mixing Bowl add grated paneer, ginger-garlic paste, 2-3 green chilies chopped into small pieces, chopped onion, capsicum and add salt and mix well. Add garam masala, coriander cumin powder, red chilli powder, Squeeze some lemon juice and add a pinch of sugar and mix well.
- Divide kneaded dough into equal 6-8 balls and start rolling it round in form of paratha. - Fill the Paneer stuffing in it and cook it from both the sides on Nonstick Tawa or Pan while adding a drop of oil or ghee or butter. - Serve hot with ketchups, chutneys, yogurts or Have them with Tea.
