Combine salmon, reserved liquid, bread crumbs, onion, milk, eggs, parsley, lemon juice, dill weed and black pepper. Best salmon loaf I ever had. It's a great dish to take to potlucks & such. The first time I made it I accidently used twice the milk it called for & I think I like it better with more milk.

Steps to make Salmon loaf:
  1. Remove skin and bones from salmon- add all ingredients except egg whites. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites,bake in buttered mold in 350 oven 1 hour add paprika.

It's a great dish to take to potlucks & such. The first time I made it I accidently used twice the milk it called for & I think I like it better with more milk. Then I served it with a red chili mayo. For Salmon Patties: Prepare salmon mixture as above. For topping: Mix enough butter in with the Ritz crackers to moisten.
