- Add chopped onion, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
- Now mix this prepared masala with the spinach and paneer mixture.
- Combine it well and keep aside, stuffing is ready.
- Now take a ball, dust with flour and roll into a very thin wrapper or roti.
- From the wrapper,cut 3 sizes of circle.(for perfect rose shape use little bit different sizes circles)
- Overlapping the circles from the centre.
- Put about 1 tbsp stuffing,gather at the central line.
- Now fold it vertically and cover the stuffing.
- Now roll it from one end.
- Fix the other end with little water.
- Now the rose shape momo is ready.
- Prepare all the roses in same process.
- Grease a parforated plate and arrange all the prepared roses on it.
- Boil sufficient water in a large vessel, keep the parforated plate on the vessel,cover it with a heavy lid.
- Put the flame in high and steam it for 20 minutes.
- Palak paneer rose momo is ready.
- Serve hot with clear soup.
