  5. Saute for 1 min & add ginger garlic paste.
  6. When the raw smell goes add chilli powder, turmeric powder & cook till masala is done.
  7. Now mix potato, paneer, salt & off the gas.
  8. Let it cool. Now add lemon juice, mint & coriander leaves, mix well.
  9. Making momos :- Take a tennis ball sized dough. Roll it & make a round shape, stuff the paneer mixture & shape them.
  10. Steam the momos for 10-15 mins & serve with homade roasted tomato sauce.
  11. Roasted tomato sauce :- Roast 5-6 tomatoes. Peel the skin and cut into small pieces.
  12. Grind it with 6-7 garlic cloves.
  13. Heat pan and add the puree, add salt, little amount of sugar, 1 tbsp vinegar, hot red chilli powder & cook till thickens.
  14. Switch off gas & sauce is ready.
