To prepare sauce, heat oil in a sauce-pan over medium heat. Stir in sugar, salt, pepper, and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in basil. The Spinach Ricotta Ravioli is a wholesome recipe that is made from whole wheat flour and with a healthy spinach and ricotta filling.

- Heat one tbsp olive oil and add crushed garlic and cook for one mins.
- Now add tomato puree,salt,sugar and red chilli powder and cook for two mins.
- Add fresh cream and mix well and turn off the flame.
- Serve with rivoli.
